OK... I've got the tools and have a general idea of how to remove and install these things on my new frame. BUT, I don't have Azonics instructions anymore and they're too slow in replying to email.

So, does anyone have experience with this BB? Step by step would be great.

Thanks

If you have any other questions.....I might be able to help. ;) BUt it may take more than 11 minutes. lol

One note, and this is rather important. The inner sleeve that goes around the axle gets held between the two bearings. You can adjust each cup to "pinch" this sleeve in place, and then slide the spindle through. If you put to much preload on this, and then crank everything down, you'll blow the bearings out VERY quick. There'll be too much preload form the inside out.

Adjust it to where it just barely holds the sleeve in place, and then back off slightly. Hold the sleeve in place with one finger, and slide the spindle in. Good to go from here.

Thanks for the replies guys. Got everything dialed in this morning. Really easy setup, it just took awhile to monkey with the spacers. Couldn't finish last night cause I didn't have a large enough crescent for the BB tool.

Bomber... Good advice. The preload thing is basically what i did when i over-tightened things the first try. Figured I should back off since the cranks weren't spinning freely.
