They're very hit and miss...It seems like a 70% chance that something in your order is "backordered" (even though their website doesn't say so) and will take "2 weeks" (read: 1-2 months) to get to you.
They did it to me, cancelled my order the next day after reading the numerous threads on MTBr about it.
They're good for pricematching, but that seems to be it.
