Anyone used one of these? Opinions on it...weight-to-vent-to-protection impressions, comfort, type of head it fits?

I'm going to try one on tomorrow if I can find the time...the old Mad Max is missing some fiberglass...but thought I'd waste some time with idle chatter. Never used an Azonic before, but I fit a medium Bell Bellistic, s/m Giro Mad Max, and a small Vigor Vamoose all quite well (ie, I have a long and thin head...must have been caught in a vice as a kid...I kinda look like one of the aliens from the 'alien' series.) 661 Full Bravos don't fit me well in any size.

Sure thing. By the way, anyone else think they look like they came out of some Japanese sci-fi cartoon...?

Those things are butt ugly
It is, kinda (graphics especially...god, I hate motoX inspired stuff), but I like 1) the short visor, 2) the apparently down-ward sloping mouthguard (I find my chin projects below some helmets), 3) the narrow shape (just imagining it would fit my head; we'll see) 4) possible good ventilation.

I'm ugly, too, so I don't worry too much about this stuff. I might just get a $50 Bell Bellistic and be done with it, tho.

At shop cost.

The azonic is the ugliest helmet on the market. Check out the LAzer, Ive heard alot of good things, the pads are highly ajustable, and you can get a carbon for the same price as the plastic troy lee(significantly less if you are paying cost). I tried to order one from QBP recently, they were out, so Im not sure where you can get one, but good luck.

My roommate happens to be a Norwegian Azonic distributor, so we've had a few Azonic and O'Neal helmets pass through the apartment.
Seems to be a good quality helmet and pretty decent weight-wise aswell. The really weird thing is that it consistantly looked a whole lot less weird on the 3-4 girls who've tried it on, than on the guys.
haven't had a chance to try on the correct size though, so I don't want to comment on fit (other than the fact that, yes, it's a bit on the narrow side)

Jenson has the blue and white XG model for $29. (med I think), and Cambria is carrying some on sale for $50. Gotta have a small head to wear these...I wear a medium, most medium people wear larges or can't wear one at all.

I ordered one of those $30 deals from jenson and it's just a tad too small for me (all around, not necessarily side to side or front to back.) If you want it I'll sell it cheap. I'd return it but I'd have to pay shipping costs which means I'd loose about half of what the helmet cost in trying to return it.

What a horrific helmet. Looks like the same one they sell in department stores for SuperCycle. Worst helmet I've ever seen, and the protection is **** too.
