You should have seen St-Denis last night. Huge snowbanks with cars parked on either side of the road. At one point it was so narrow my car barely fit through. Thankfully, someone had already peeled off the rearview mirror from the red A4 wagon at the pinch point, and proceeded to graze another 4 cars as they "felt" their way along.

That actually is part of the same bill.....as is mandatory snow tires from Nov 15 to April 15.....All seasons don't count.....

Well then, I have to support the idea. Sounds like they're doing what they can to make the roads safer in general.
