Yeah, it is my frankenbike. IH Yakuza, size large, which is a short ST (17) relative to the TT (23.5-24ish). It handles nicely on street or dirt, though it was meant for a 150-180mm fork.

A few blocks south of my apartment in a neighborhood called Hancock Park. It should just be a part of Los Angeles proper.
Those are the Halo Twin Rail with DH casing. They roll great, and come in green and with a lighter casing.
