Hmmmm........ I'd have to reserve judgement, but my initial reaction is that it is a waste of good bacon to cover it up like that...

Maybe if they used some $hitty bacon....

the butcher shop i go to (Butcher Boy) has THEE best slab bacon...i'm done w/ buying plastic-wrapped bacon in the supermarket. this stuff is outstanding.
