Bad to repeatedly remove/install cranks?

I have truvativ holzfeller isis cranks and I'm curious if it's bad to take them off a lot. I have probably taken them off 30 times by now with my puller for all the adjustments to the linkage, BB, and chainguide.

I don't notice anything different, but I will try to limit it if I'm slowly wearing out the interface or something...

I wouldn't sit in your basement and take it on and off for fun, but so long as you don't do anything dumb while working on it, you'll be fine.

Hmm..I've been battling a creaking problem and it turns out that one of the crank arms was slightly loose. Either I never tightened it properly last time or it worked itself loose while riding.

Are ISIS cranks known to get loose very easily (as opposed to say, square taper)?

that's why we drink it here
First generation Truvative and Raceface ISIS parts were notorious for that. If liberal application of loctite to the crank bolts doesn't do it a new crank set might be in order.

Well currently the crank bolt threads are covered in antisieze and they seem to be holding. When I put the cranks on I just keep tightening until they won't move anymore which is pretty tight and ensured the cranks are bottomed out on the BB.
