I have a Bighit Expert frame im trying to part down, and the bb is stuck, in all parts. The spindle doesnt move, and the cups are in there pretty solid. Any suggustions how to get it ouT?

Soak it with Liquid Wrench, then figure out a way to get more leverage - not sure what bb tool you're using, but you should be able to rig it up so that the tool is held in place with a bolt. (You might need to hit the hardware store for a long bolt with threads the size of your crank bolts.) Once the tool is held in place you can put as much weight on it as you need, either just by using a long wrench or a piece of tube of some kind. (I have some old frame tubes that work great.) If that doesn't do it, some people recommend heating things up a bit, which will definitely help if it's cold where you are and you keep your bike outside. Failing all that, get out the hacksaw brah.

also make sure you are turung the right way...BB threads run opposite....D

the driveside on most bbs locks in kinda. so you have to put alotta force on it. jus do that bolt trick and giver all you got

yeah i was threading it the right way donnie...i got it out, its all good, i got a little(very minor) damage to the threads, i'll bring it to the shop and see if they can re thread it or something
