Yesterday I bought an Intense Uzzi VPX and tomorrow my LG1 chain guide will arrive at my place. Now I have two pritty simple questions:

- Which BB should I choose? Should a regular FSA Platinum DH be fine? I want to buy it from chainreactioncycles.com

- Which width should I use? 113mm or 118mm?
