Southern NH Trailwork, Rides and Camping at Bear Brook State Park Oct. 13th and 14th.

Come join the Southern NH chapter of NEMBA for a fun weekend of trail work, mountain biking, and socializing on October 13th and 14th at Bear Brook State Park in Allenstown, NH. We will have use of the campground on Friday and Saturday, so plan to spend the night. We will do trail work on Saturday morning, followed by a ride in the afternoon and a barbecue in the evening. On Sunday we will finish up any remaining trail work and do a shorter ride.
We will meet at the campground at 9 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Anyone wishing to camp on Friday night or any questions, please contact Kathy Evans at (603) 736-8417 or holvetcen@earthlink.net. Come for the day or the weekend and enjoy the fun!
Directions
From I-93: Exit 9N onto Route 3/28. Bear right in Allenstown where Route 28 splits off, continuing on Route 28. After the split, travel approximately 5 miles before taking a right onto Deerfield Road (there is a state park sign here). Follow Deerfield Road for approximately 3 miles before turning right onto Podunk Road. Travel 1/4 mile and turn left onto the campground road. Campground Road ends at the campground in about 3 miles. Once in the campground, turn left at the camp store. We will be camping by the beach.
From I-93: Route 4 West to the Epsom traffic circle to Route 28 South. Travel approximately 5 miles on Route 28 before turning left onto Deerfield Road (there is a state park sign here). Follow directions above once on Deerfield Road.
