Does anyone know the bearing sizes for an 06 V10? A mate of mine wants to replace his but he thinks they're custom sized (unlikely IMO). If they're standard series bearings, does anyone know the series numbers so I can work out a price?

The santa cruz site lists the bearings as 6901SM
that is a 12 X 24 X 6 mm 'max' bearing..certainly not custom.

last thing i heard when i went to a skf dealer is that they're custom. SC is supposed to replace them for free on the V10 if you return damaged old ones...or maybe that's just switzerland.

hi the 6901sm i think has a exstended inner race but a standard 6901 does not

Is this for doggy's v10?
The one with the carbon link has extended inner race bearings (mine did at least) and they don't seem to be a standard bearing.

Haha such a n00b, I was a bit confused coz I think you were the one that actually looked for those extended race bearings for me last time I needed some - and couldn't find em.
