Looking for input on a couple of breweries that I see product of in the stores, but have never tried. Anyone tried stuff from Berkshire Brewing or Stone Brewing?

Stone's good if you like hops...the marketing is a little...overdone, but it's still good beer.

Berkshire Brewing does really good stuff. The Drayman's Porter rocks. The Coffeehouse Porter is good too, if you like coffee (i don't, but the beer is still tasty). THeir IPA's get really good reviews around here. I'm not as impressed withte Steel Rail Pale Ale -just not my thing.

The Stones are really interesting. I've posted elsewhere about the Imperial Russian Stout, which is the one I have had the most of. Closest thing to liquid Vegemite I've ever had. Great stuff - if you are in the mood for it.

Agreed... Stone is good (if you like very hoppy beer).

The Arrogant Bastard is good IMO.

Stone is decent. Their Double Bastard is available now and is very good. Try it if you liked Arrogant Bastard, it's definitely a step up.

I just got some of BBC's Imperial Stout. I'll give you an update once its gone.
Where did you find the raspberry strong? That look really tasty!
