I plan on starting to race next year but i dont know of any thing. what is a good place to start that is local to RI and some neighboring towns?

I think you can find some racing thru http://www.nemba.org/
not sure of races in RI, but http://www.root66raceseries.com/ has quite a few early season races in CT, MA, etc. www.efta.com is another New Enland series, they might have a stop or two in CT as well, but most of their races are in NH, MA, VT, ME
