I thought affleck doing nothing more than ripping into olberman was pretty damn funny.

McCain did a great job.....really makes Palin look like even more of a doof with her....*snort*....SNL appearance a couple of weeks ago...

I get the feeling that Countdown with Keith Olberman exists for the sole purpose of calling out Bill O'rielly, and everything else is just to kill time in between talking **** on Bill.
I guess I've bitten into Olbermann's hype.
While he might sound full of it, I believe he speaks passionately knowing he could be out of a job because of it.
Guys like Hanity and O'Reilly, they are paid to be bulldogs, and when their style of reporting is done, they will be working Saturday evening newscasts.

Maybe. He destroys any hope of credibility with all the theatrics though IMO.
If I thought it was contrived, but this is his ESPN personality, so it is real.
I suppose it is a personal taste, because I like it. A lot of people prefer Maddow because she has similar opinions in a much more low-key style.
I've only seen maddow's show once but I kind of thought the same thing.
Never pay attention to sports beyond skiing and biking so I have no former reference for olberman. Carry on my wayward son in that case. Hard to believe he got a 'newzcaster' job with that shlt though.
