Man was it f'n good. Best damn burger I have had in a while. Ground Angus Sirloin, Smoked Provolone, Capicola (set on the grill until it sizzled, 5 maybe 10 seconds), and Pesto spread on a Scola roll. My neighbor made it for me and served it with grilled sweet potatos, cabbage salad, and a Anchor Porter. She had it ready for me just as I got home from riding. Life is good sometimes......
