I tried posting this in the lounge but got no good responses.

Can anyone tell me what a good headlight is in the $20-100 range? I would prefer something with NIMH batteries, 10+ watts. Other suggestions are welcome though.

I don't know which to suggest that you buy,
but I can tell which one NOT to buy.

Stay away from the Specialized Fireball Comp or Sport that Supergo is blowing out.

I had one for two weeks and it was bad.
It never came remotely close to the claimed battery life. Mounting design is rather weak. And the light finally died on me. Would not turn on at all.

I took it back to Supergo and found myself in line with 2 others who were returning their lights.

These things have a bad record over on mtbr.com aswell.

The $49.95 was what suckered me into buying it.
