OK, so whats the best way to shave weight off your bike at lowest price.
So ROI of weight for money spent.

Stans NO-Tubes?
How much do these save?

Heres, an example of an I-beam saving...
Kore Elite Carbon I Beam Seatpost 30.9 x 400 mm 185g $74.95
SDG I-Fly I-Beam saddle 145g $84
Total Weight=330g
total cost=$159

my seat saddle combo was 750g
=420g saving.. (nearly a full pound!)

Anyone suggest other good value weight savers?

oh yea, i see you are ireland, you can get some teflon spray to spray on your bike, stops the mud from sticking and weighing it down. thats saves a hell of a lot of weight.

Rotational weight helps a lot. Lighter tires and tubes. But you've already found the big place to loss weight, I don't spend a lot of time seated so a lighter seat would be a good mod for me if I ever get around to it. Everything else just gets expensive or the weight savings isn't huge.

yeah, Its really just to reduce the weight to push it back up the hill, my scott ransom take so much less energy to push up the hill even though its only about 10 lbs lighter.
