After much worrying and trepidation, I finally got my new DH frame (FR/Enduro rig pics coming soon!!). The insurance company finally came through with the moola for my "liberated-from-my-garage" bikeys. About 85% of the parts are in...just waiting on my Avy, Gustav brakes, and Hadley hubs now. I only got pics of the frame for now....but something is better than nothing.

(I'll keep this thread updated with more as it comes...)

I am really digging that frame...indeed, it really is pimpus maximus! Such a clean floater idea, and the chainguide will move with the swingarm, nice!!

Nice G - so what fork are you running on that thing?
'06 888 RC2X Works. With the right springs (they had to special order them!!!??!!!...apparently they don't keep springs for riders over 235 hangin' around....) and valving for my big ass......

When race day comes, I'll be 260 w/gear.....And I'll look anorexic...it's kinda wierd....

Sweet frame, speaking of cool colors, what kind of hub is that tangerine hub in the case? do the have a set? how much? gotta know
Looks like a gold Hadley to me....I don't look in that case too much...cause my wallet is usually A LOT thinner if I do...

As to pricing, I have absolutely no idea what I paid.....I blocked out everything except for the final number. I figure, if insurance is picking up the tab, as long as I get what I want and it comes in for less than what I got a check for, it's ALL GOOD!!!

Go-Ride has:

Hadley Fronts = $125 20mm thru
Hadley Rears = $270 for the 12mm thru x 150mm

Hmmm...108pt are no longer available?!!!!??? hmmm I wonder if mine are going to be 108's.....

Edit: No...mine will be the new 72's.... damn!

Well, it's now Monday, and I've gotten 2 days of riding on this bad boy....it's a whole new level. This bike is AWESOME! I can't wait to race it at Fontucky!

The only things I'm missing are my Avy DHS w/ Ti spring (and hi-low compression adjust!), my RED hadley wheelset (the blue hadleys laced to the syncros rims are just loaners), and the Hopey damper...

My Turner has been shipped and will arrive sometime while I'm in Cali, so pics of that will have to wait. But here's the brand spankin' new Rotec RL9!!!

That is so f'n hot dude. I so want an orange bike, but it won't rank with that, even if I get one.

Finally got all my own parts on my bikey...Just in time for my whirlwind trip to Whistler and Deer Valley!! I leave in 3.75 hours!! w00t!! I still don't have my trail bike...but that's for training purposes anyway  and who needs to do that when there's lots 'o vert waiting for me!!!

Here's the finished product...and yes, I know the photos are blurry...I had to rush it to make it to work on time...sorry. :dead:

I'm actually going to take my camera on my trip this time (along with my laptop) so I'll be able to (hopefully!!) get some good shots of some carnage and what not.....
