The song Imagine is interesting to me. The depressing and chaotic style when compared to the idealistic promising overtone of the original, clashes in a way that makes me reflect on where we are in the world from that time to this. Really interesting a cover song would be able to do that. i mean i really don't like the new version, but while listening to the new version on the radio a few days back, i was struck with thinking, "we really haven't moved an inch as far as being a more intelligent society".
