Since I moved into MN, under the false impression that there were some trails to ride here, I’ve been going through withdrawal of a decent daily ride. While I’m here though I might as well make some form of meaningful life so I decided to build up a few video cam systems for whoever wants one. Anything from helmet cam to bike mounted; to … Most recent attempt to get a video system working was on a micro radio controlled electric helicopter. Project was wireless using a CCD camera and had full audio that could be heard over the motor and rotor blades(note camera is mounted in the center of the canopy). For mountain biking all you need is a small video camera with a Bullet CCD camera, audio is optional. Required to build a system up is your helmet, or one you intend to use, or bike dimensions, and to cover the cost of all the supplies including CCD camera, any and all mounting hardware, shipping, and $10 for the labor and customization that goes into building your system.
