yes. odyssey said they may look that way but are NOT bent.

It is to account for the dropouts not being additional tabs welded on and they make the forks look bent forward, which in theory you could say they were, so that the wheelbase isn't any shorter.

Those forks remind me of the old Robinson straight leg ones:

No we just have to bring back the loop tail and head tube gussets.

Personally, I can't get into how they look as they look bent. But it does make some sense from a design/weight/simplistic view.
