I'm headed to San Diego in a few days. I'm wondering if there are any places in the greater San Diego area that rent decent mtn bikes. At home, I ride a Stumpjumper Comp, full squish, Fox both in front and back. I'd like something of that caliber or better. It's not looking practical to bring it this trip.
I've ridden San Clemente and Rose Canyons, as well as the floor and Pole line in Penasquitos. I was thinking it would be intersting to check out DM mesa, Lake Hodges, and the Mt Laguna area. I'm used to riding the cross-country ups and downs in the Santa Cruz mountains.
Ideas?
