What a sunday that was. The sun was out and the clouds non existent ! Biking in connemara doesn't get much better (maybe if it were a bit warmer ). Anyway it was time to get the TR450 on quicker grounds. And it is quick ! Coming from a different bike altogether this felt light even on the push up (the scale puts the two at almost the same weight of 41lbs).
The transition pedals very well too, you could sprint that thing. If you stall, a couple pedal strokes and you're gone again. The geometry and riding position of that build makes it confortable, confidence inspiring. Many times i found myself doing the same section and every time i was thinking i can hit that faster, whereas on my previous bike it just felt out of control. Now i am nowhere near being good on a bike but the TR450 made me feel quick and smooth (no noise ). So you can imagine how it's going to be for any skilled rider...!
