Texans are so much fun....
So I'm sure some of you are aware than Bill and Lance are doing a speaking tour. Well on Tuesday they did their thing in Montreal. A guy at work went to see them. He was telling us about it yesterday. apparently he was talking a little about his presidency, what he did right, what he did wrong.....well now enter my new temporary boss...
They've brought up an "acting chief"from Ft. Worth....(not a chief to teach us to act....a guy who i acting like a chief). He's here for a 6 months. He is somewhat of a republican....go figure.
He blurts out "I can count the number of good things Clinton did on this one finger! I hate democrats! The democrats are ruining this country!".....And he may as well have been saying all this with a yosemite Sam accent....and come to think of it, that improves the story.....so imgaine my boss is Yosemite Sam....anyhoo...
So the guy tellingthe story....who is "Sam's" equal....so he can do this, says "Well he's better than the moron in power now"
"Weeeeeellllll I thinks he's a GREAT president! I don't knock your Prime Minister, so don't insults my president, I tell you whut!" (I added the I tell you whut)
We all then chuckle...as we mock our prime minister all the time....
Sam, then goes onto to say that he is a card carrying (apparently he DOES have a physical card) member of the Republican National party, and he reinforced that he hates democrats. I then asked how badly he must hate spending 6 months in this communist nation....so....Hillary in '08? He more or less just, spit out his chaw on the floor walked away. (ok there was no "chaw"...he just walked away)
So basically one could could argue now that he has created somewhat of a hostile work environment, because now that subject is compleltely taboo.... Too bad he couldn't have just had a normal, calm raction to hearing the name "Clinton"...
