It has no name and has no properties, and I can't get ride of it. it used to be share-to-web folder that installed when I installed my printer (HP7110) on my new notebook.

I went through the registry and removed all instances of share-to-web, but the damn thing is still there. I did remove the program first.

It still left a folder with no name on the desktop.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Reinstall Windows.

You could try this:

Remove EVERYTHING from your desktop except the one file
Open a command prompt
CD to the desktop
del *.*
del *

See if that works.
