We're trying to discourage the shade from inhabiting a new lot we are establishing for the trails.

One of the idea's is to put up this old security camera on a power pole. We can rig it up with an antenna and a Blinking red LED on the face.

Is it as easy getting a 12v led indicator and a matching 12v solar panel and wiring them together? like these two:

Or if you could wire in a large electrolytic capacitor that would take all night to discharge, then it would keep flashing until the capacitor was drained. IT would also help for cloudy days when the solar panel didn't get direct sunlight...

Thanks for the reply, I've found some led indicators that have built in resistors for flashing. That's what I'm shooting for since I don't have a soldering station available. I was looking at the circuits for simple flashing led indicators. Looks like a cool project to try soldering together. The biggest hurdle is my lack of familiarity and experience building circuits/knowing what I need.
