I'm 5'11/six foot and the bike fits pretty well. There are times i've definately wanted a longer TT but that went away after I learned the bike a little. Plus, I like longer bikes, 23.5 TTs are my favorite. I find that the shorter TT allows me to attack steeps and turns a little bit easier. In fact, there was one time at pkill that I realized where that bike belongs...in the super steeps of the east coast. It just railed when it got super sketchy, and I couldn't believe it- I thought I'd be too far over the front.
As for the BB, the low bb phase is a lot of hype. If you're on the west coast, it might matter, but here on the east I can't stand the low BB that I have with my 24s. I clip pedals on everything, and even the BB itself on some rocks. The bike is packed together so nicely that you won't notice an extra inch of clearance vs. the lower BB. The COG is tight on this one. Also, the eccentric does allow you to go up or down, maybe an inch, but probably less. All you have to do is adjust the secondary (small) chain length, by adding or removing links. With the progressive linkage you can run a little more sag to get lower and you still won't run out of travel.

the secondary chainlength only affects tension between the crank cog and the non-drive side jackshaft cog. (this is a result of the eccentric bb)
The Race Link has 9 + of travel,all the low BB fad guys are on subdays n **** with -8" travel. The RL like a V10,Lahar and other big travel bikes is running in it's travel most of the time,providing ultimate traction as the wheels stay on the ground. The accentric only offers no deliberate BB height ajustment and is dictated by chain/sprocket wear. I experimented with a differnt size chainring and got it a touch lower,but it's noty an issue. The linkage that would ajust the BB height would be very easy/cheap to fabricate as it's a straight peice of aluminium with a bearing at each end,but even if you did this,you'd probably find you went back to the origonals anyway.

im convinced.....ordering one soon as interbike is done...hopefully oct 1st. whats the typical shipping time? it says 3-4 weeks on the site but i was curious if anyone has experianced different. btw i still need help deciding what color to get. anyone have any original ideas they wouldnt mind sharing?

Looks like some sweet riding to be had over there. I love the grassy sliver of a valley against the dry barren mtn sides.
Would the Armed Forces pay for my RL to be shipped over and back? If so, let's do it. Seriously. I can hand deliver it directly to Hill AFB if that helps. I already see it hanging next to gnar rocket launchers under the wing of a fighter jet.
