that was some wacky stuff going on in those two other bklyn threads, eh? as if some people weren't already (and understandably) annoyed with some of us and our looney tune enthusiasm here, some kooks have to go start up some new bklyn threads and successfully get some of us all twisted up. Oh so you're stabbing me in the back now! I'm gonna give you what you want and only answer this once, and then i'm staying out of this thread! So here's what you all wanted. I wasn't bashing Brooklyn, I only said they suck and are too expensive
The welds on those MX bikes in the picture are ugly. Those MX bikes are also WAY too heavy compared to a cannondale road bike.
So i got a 4" fork on my mini right now. (a 99 Z3 QR20). I really like the geometry a lower fork gives the bike, but that fork is way too soft for the avy rear shock. I did get a snapshot of it with the shorter fork, I'll remember to upload it tomaro. I guess a 5" fork is ideal for the mini. I wanna see how far i can lower my Super T on that thing.
Holy poopers I changed my SuperT's oil last night and what came out of it looked like liquid aluminum. I wanted to splatter it on the floor and see if it would turn into that hot Terminator 3 evil robotess. Then I could kick her ass and throw her through toilet walls. Then we could make up and make out.

To me it feels like a bmx bike, though much more comfortable. The long TT really takes good care of us big guys and the small rearend is really good too. You can throw that bike around as much as you like. Seriously the best hardtail ever!

Hey tmx - someday I'd like to take that loaner for a run or two just to say I rode a BMW (hell I won't be able to drive one ever either - but maybe I could rent one of those 4 wheeled things called BMWs too). Just got back from brooklyn. It was so cool. Doc is so great. No pics yet but the frame is great.
