i recently bought a bmx second hand and its basically brand new

but i'm a big guy so i'm paranoid i will destroy the crank all i ever had was one piece cranks till now and eventually i'd snap them just riding around not much into tricks and that here is a link to the bike

if i do happen to break something
what kinda stuff would i need to replace it? what size(style) is the bottom bracket shell if need to replace the bearings, or what should i get in the way of a new crank or chainwheel.

and because it uses looseball does that mean i couldnt put something like this in its place ?

i doubt that exact one i just picked for example! could i put sealed bearings in a loose ball bb shell?
