First of all sorry for the mistakes you will find, english is not my main language...
I'm 38, 5'10", 190 lbs. Before was riding:
20 bmx with 21 frame,
26 hardtail with suspension fork (don't remember the size)
FGFS 28 single speed (don't remeber the size as well)
Currently I was not riding for almost 3 years, but I want to return and thinking to buy BMX or even Dj MTB, depends on what will be advice)))))
So the purpose of bike will be: pump track, a little bit of street like 180, 360 maximum and riding across the city.
Looking at 26 BMX or 26 Dj MTB. The problem is that I have never tried 24 or 26 bmx and there are no any shops where I can try it in my city(((( online orders only...
26 bmx looks like nice for city riding, periodical jumps and pump track, but the same time 24 can be better for air control...
Checking now:
Haro Radical Rick 24 or 26 (frame 22.5)
Stolen Zeke 26 (frame 22.6)
Cult Devotion 26 (frame 22)
Stranger Creeper 24 or 26 (frame looks like 22)
For the 20 BMX the market is full of excelent stuff...
My budget is like 1000$, but in Europe any USA shop price is 300$ more, so if you are from USA and making an advice, please limit the price to aprox. 700-800$.
P.S.: also thinking just to take a normal 20 BMX with 20.75 or 21 frame and thats it))))
Comfortable riding while sitting is not my main purpose but will be good, that's why looking at 26...
