Work sucked. But came home to find that Ruth had filed our taxes, Notary arrived and we closed our refi . 20 year fixed at 2.25% on a 330k loan. made and ate pizza. so pretty much a win.

I was going to go out on the Kayak tomorrow but the winds are forcast for 8-14 mph with gusts to 28. FTS guess I will go Mt Biking instead, oh darn.
