Does anyone know if there's a company that makes a bolt on axle replacement kit for 9 speed XT rear hubs, so instead of being QR it's bolt on?

well - i bet your lbs could set you up with a replacement axle - all you need to do is JUST THE AXLE - the old one will thread off - thread on a straight bolt on - use all your old hub bearing parts is all you need - ive gone through QBP for bolt on axles - just be sure to get a axle bigger than whast already on the hub - to compinsate for that bolts and what not - at my shop i see about 7 conversions a year, so its do-able
