Part 1 : If you've read and enjoyed Neil Gaiman's "Neverwhere", then check out Simon Green's "Nightside" series.

"Neverwhere" is a dark version of "Alice in Wonderland".

Part 2 : How many 'favorite' authors do you have? Someone you've read atleast 3/4 of their books and you look forward to new releases.

I have about a dozen.

Sir Richard Dawkins, not really pleasure books, but I thoroughly enjoy his books on evolution. Also stuff on theoretical physics, space, and time by authors such as Michio Kaku.

- Never heard of those books. Not really my thing, but they sound interesting. Maybe I'll look into it.

- There's not many where I can honestly say I've read 3/4 of their work. I really like Tom Perotta. He's only written 5 (relatively short) books, but I read them all. My favorite nonfiction writer might be Ernest Becker, but I believe he only wrote 3 books before his death.
