i just got my 2008 kona shred about two months ago and i think the bottom bracket is already broken. Whenever i pedal something in my drivetrain makes a weird creaking noise and i think its my bottom bracket but im not sure. has anyone else had this problem???

take it to your shop.

We cant help you with this vague info *No offense to you, but creaks are tricky to diognose online*.

Its possible though, but it could also be your pedals, your hub, your seat, your brakes, anything that moves pretty much.

probably your chain, same thing happened too mine... new chain = problem solved

I've seen loose water bottle bolts create creaks. Make sure everything's nice and tight, then take it to the shop if you can't tell exactly where its coming from.
