No. You are going to need a BB tool to get it in.

Don't try to install a BB without a BB tool, you're asking for trouble.

if u really can't find a bb tool somewhere. you can use a punch and hammer. hand tighten it first, then put the punch in the slots, and you know, hammer in a circle.

This should strictly be an emergency process where you need to get your BB in on a trail or something. You can't torque it even close to properly, and you risk damaging your frame with the punch.

Seriously, a BB tool is cheap and indestructable. Just buy one.

Just put the thing in hand tight and take it to your lbs i'm sure he'll tighten it for free.

Sure. And you can trim your toenails with a running lawnmower too if you're careful. Buy the tools. You will use them.
