Depends on the frame, crank, and desired chainline. A lot of cranks are designed with a 113 in mind, although my Race Face recommended a 108. The shape of some chainstays prohibit you from running the rings too close. I like to run my chainline as inboard as possible. My first SS ran a 110.
Sweep - you could try calling Soul Cycles to see what they recommend for the Hardline frame built up in single speed mode. Oftentimes if you are running a chainguide you might need a longer spindle, but since you are running this thing as a SS you shouldn't I don't think, but just call Soul to double check.
