Has anyone ever used one?

I'm assuming they are crap....but so is our local gym. And I have room in my basement for something of that ilk. I've never actually seen one in person.

Just kinda browsing the used stuff on line....I dunno...I really need to start back into doing SOMETHING.

meh...I dunno.....

For a LOT less money and complexity, you can get a weight bench (and one with the leg attachment for leg extensions if you are so inclined), some free weights, and a pull-up bar.

You don't need a million different exercises, IMO. Just some good compound exercises like dead lifts, bench presses, rows, pull-ups, etc.
