Came down with a cold on xmas eve so was congested w/ sinus headache all day yesterday. Other than that xmas was good to me and the family.

Today is a good day. My wife let me go skiing solo for the day. The kids even let me sleep. My tele legs are rusty, and Tremblant is big (and stupidly expensive) but I won't get many opportunities like this, so I had better take them when they come.

Headache this afternoon, did not get anything at the lbs, instead paid off my truck, got some new cold weather gear for the sweetie and myself, and put the rest into savings... Decided for once I would be responsible with extra free money.

Went for a bike ride. Granted it was bike path... but I rode down a bunch of stairs at the park 'cause I'm an awesomist.

I had to work. It had the mild suck. Wasn't too strenuous of a day at work, at least, even though I was there until nearly 5 PM. The horrors.

(I'm going to **** a brick once this rotation ends in a week and a half and I return to the lucky-if-out-by-6:30 PM main university hospital.)
