I serviced my Boxxer -07 solo air and found that this part is broken from above the air seal head.

Now air seal head moves up when compressing the rod. I guess this is a problem. Do I need new similar part, or is there any kind of other way to fix it? I dont think that I can get new part soon.

It's looks like a broken wave disc spring to me.

If you have or a friend has some calipers see if you can spec one from McMaster that will work.
