Then you'll know first hand what it is you need to do, and how hard it is.

What does it say on the arch? Pics maybe? My old boxxer didn't go by mL's. It went by a fluid level height measurement with the stanchion pressed all the way down.
As it turns out, my fork is a 2005. Took the whole thing apart and cleaned it up a bit. Seals were still good so lubed em up. checked the compression/rebound dampers and they looked pristine. Put it all back together and rubbed a little stansion oil on to the stanchions. It feels pretty smooth, getting less drag on the rebound. I put 10 wt into both legs and the only thing that didnt work out was getting replacement bumpers for the stanchions between the fork crowns. Those rubber axe head looking bumpers to protect the stanchions from the frame. Should I bother to get them? It contacts the frame on the non drive side.
