Boxxer Blackbox kit Question-

Mine should be arriving today at the shop. I have all parts needed for a complete teardown/rebuild, I was wondering if anyone has done the blackbox kit from RS, not the Romic or Mojo treatments.

Is is effective? I know, it can't get any lamer than it already is, but I'm hoping for some encouraging feedback, like "My Boxxer rides smoother than a baby's buttcheek over a slip and slide!" sort of stuff.

Anyone?

yes it's worth it. I've done the upgrade to mine and it made a pretty significant difference.

the installation is pretty straight forward - as long as you're pretty handy with tools you should be fine

I too have a Boxxer Race and need to do some, uh, work to it. I am thinking about the Stratos cartridge, but I have heard no reviews as of yet.
Are there any other upgrades other than mojo, blackboxx, or stratos, that are either available now, or in the works?
Also, what can Romic do for the boxxer, anything?
Just curious.

Top crown wise, the machining is so much better, and it uses two stanchion bolts per side rather than one, making it a bit stiffer. Any word on the direct mount stem? I wanna get one.
