I remember an article somewhere that had a quick fix to the Boxxer Race of '03 high speed compression. Or lack of it. Does anyone have a link or tell me how it's done.
Thanks,

The High Speed compression was set at the factory, I know that much. There was a quick fix that would lessen the spike, and was wondering if anyone had the info.

The fix you're thinking of was for the Team and Worldcup models. There was a port that needed to be drilled out to a slightly larger size. Didn't apply to the Boxxer Ride for the reason already given (no compression damper).
depending on a few variables, the rebound damper in those boxxers, can still make the fork spike on compression.
the fix is to use 2,5wt oil and to remove some of the material in the spring connector, maybe 1/10th of the circumference, that way there will be better oil flow.
