Looking for a bit help with my 32mm boxxer world cups. I'm just back from a spell in morzine and on the last day I had a very heavy front end landing which resulted in oil spraying out of the top cap and afterwards the fork basically stopped working with just a big clunk at about 2 inches in, rebound damping wasn't working, floodgate knob was frozen and compression knob was only just moving. I took the mo co damper out and stuck in a spare one but the forks still felt terriable, maybe not just as bad. I'm used to servicing my boxxers and have no problem working on them but have never actually stripped the mo'co damper itself. Anyone know what might be wrong with the damper that it's basically frozen?

First off, pull your outers and check your rebound unit as well. Chances are that you have blown some oil through to the outer legs.

Regarding your MoCo, the lid is threaded on with a left hand thread if you want to remove the cap. There may be damage to the piston that runs through the MoCo if your floodgate adjuster is stuck.
