i had an 04 boxxer world cup and it was really great until i snapped the arch in a huge bail, so i got a set of 04 races from a mate who had them lying around and put all my world cup parts into it, compression damper, rebound damper, silver stantions and new springs with new oil and they great on the big stuff but has zero small bump absorbtion!!! i cant figure it out all the settings and everything is the same but it has no small bump sensitivity compared to when i had my old lowers on and it feels very sticky, i think its called stiction??? is it the bush's that need replacing maybe?? if not does anyone know what it might be??

i spoke to patrick morewood from morewood bikes and he said almost all fork stiction originates from the oil seals. so i pulled my forks off and it was only 1 side sticking and i looked at the oil seal and it was really old and brittle and hard, put a new set in and its amazing!!
