i just rebuilt my 03 boxxer race and changed the travel from 6" to 7".but when i put it back on my bike there is no rebound dampening at all. what could i have done wrong.

no need for any black box mods in a race, but anyway, did you refill it with oil?


200-ish cc of 5wt should do the trick

I bet you forgot to refill it before you put it in cause I have done that before resulting in no rebound or damping.
