Are any Boxxers ready to go from the factory w/o blowing the seal..
DO YOU STILL HAVE TO DRILL THAT HOLE BIGGER ?
or have they fixed that at the factory ?

I ride a 99-Monster-T & it's the best fork made in my opinion--just heavy !

What you talkin' bout Willis? The '05 Boxxer will kick ass, especially the World Cup. Ti springs, Slippery Silver stanchions, and a full inch of travel increase. Not to mention the entirely re-designed lowers and crowns. :thumb: It just makes me warm inside when an induvidual compares a light DH race fork to a burly boat anchor freeride fork.

I had a 01' Monster T last year, and it was a nice fork, but way heavy and to big....the 04' boxxer (and 05' ) are great I will never change froma boxxer unlees somthing TERRIBLE happens(doubt it) I first had a 99' boxxer then got a 02 super T and then the monster...I will never turn away from it, its been GREAT!(wheres Tony The Tiger?) I recomend checking it out, I ride the shore and dont notice any differance from my monster...weird I know..but its true. :D :thumb:

The 04 forks come with the hole in the compression assembly the right size. The oil levels are right as well.

Just pull it out of the box and run it!

No the fork rocks out of the box - I have had a great time on my 04 Team so far.

Yes, there are still upgrades.

The mojo cartridge is one, and very soon Push is supposed to have their own cartridges for the boxxer...

I had a hook up on acutuall ti springs from a friend at a "certian unamed" shop, but it fell through :( so maybe! Are they working for him?

I Just got my G2 Mojo cartridge yesterday, after this weekend I'll have a review on the new and improved mojo cart.
FWIW the 03 boxxer's i've blackboxed and the 04's I've tuned feel AWESOME. The only reason I'm running the Mojo is to be different, save weight and out of curiosity.

G2 Mojo Cartridge new and improved - a little more info please. There is nothing on the Mojo website.
Well, the big change that it's fully user servicable (If you have a nitrogen tank), and is a little lighter. I'm try to give people an update in performance and tunability features after I get some race time in this weekend.

Sounds good - will 160 liter of liqued nitrogen do?
Actually, after playing with the new fork a bit this weekend, and talking to Chris@mojo I realized that new cartridge uses room air to pressurize instead of Nitro. This is pretty neat, but has no overall effect on damping performance or tunabilty, as it pretty much has to remain at 175psi. After a little bit of break-in the thing has started to feel about the same as my last Mojo kit (perfect), and I've got the added security in knowing that I can fully service it myself.
