hi, i was making a part of boxxer service and then found a ring at the left side in legs (air side). you can see the ring in the picture, it looks exactly the same as the ring in the rebound assembly, but i found it at the bottom of left non-damping side. i have no clue how did it get here.

so my question - where goes the missing ring or isn't there 2 identical rings in fork internals at all?

yes, i'm servicing fork for first time, but i did everything carefully and legs where far away from the place where i disassembled air and damping sides so i really dunno where that ring should be at.

It goes on the spring side at the same place as the ring on the damping side. It's there to provide a better contact to the interface.

mine came (last week) like this:

but I think that the wavy one goes to the left and the stiff one goes to the right (i mean in reverse order, as showed in the picture)

The normal washer (goldish/silverish colour) sits against the inside of the stanchion, touching it, just like on the damper side. The wave washer sits below it, and basically allows the seal head to be pushed down to install the circlip, and pops it back up into place after you've installed the clip.
