Hi,
My 2010 boxxer world cups are not set up at full travel. The x on the stanchion can't be seen. I can easily pull this stanction out but the other one will not move and only has about 170mm of travel.
How do i fix this? If i let all the air pressure out will it move?
thanks for your help

my air totem used to do that.
some air has been trapped past the o-rings.
you need to let all the air out, including the air past the o-rings, which means pretty much dissambling the air-spring assembly.

Something affecting your air spring is pretty likely. The check valve can get gunked up. When was the last time it was serviced? I'd do what A_DH says.

I would unbolt the fork tubes to see if one behaves a lot differently than the other one.

Have you had it touched by race truck mechs at all? I've seen some guys push the damper tube down while unthreading the damper to cause a vacuum and reduce your stiction but I have a feeling this can cause cavitation in the right case... You can try this if you are into tewnin' your fork. Not sure if it causes foaming, I have not seen it go either way.
