Is it realy that much better? is it worth the $260? On their site the only only change is proprietary slippery silver upper tubes, titanium springs. It it going to feel better and be lighter or just be lighter?
I am actually going to purchase an 05' boxxer and I plan on buying the team. Just like the reasons you stated I have talked to several boxxer owners over the "world cup or team" differences. The people up here (the Pacific Northwest) who have the world cups have had the silver sliders discolor really bad after a long day of riding in the mud. They have tried everything to polish or clean them, but you can't get rid of the color and they look like crap! They don't work poorly when this happens, they just turn a ugly brown rust color. And for the ti-springs, I run a ti on the rear shock of my bike and yes there is a difference in the weight but even more important there is a difference in the feel of the shock. I plan on buying the team and then getting the ti-spring upgrade for it. I am sure there are several people on the board who could help you out on making a choice.
