Jimmy Dean suasage-egg-cheese english muffin and vending machine coffee. I love vending machine coffee. Weird, but true. I just like strong coffee. I have to have it. And the muffin.
Breakfast: cereal, either with milk or w/o
Mid-morning snack: Banana at 10a, apple at 11a.
Repeat banana and apple for my mid-afternoon snack.
